Ristningar i Ginnungagap is the second album of Torulf.

The album is an evocative journey that brings the listener to the realm of Ginnungagap of Nordic mythology, a vast space with elemental forces where all creation was born. Each song is a chapter in a story of awakening, overcoming trials, and catharsis.

The title means 'Engravings in the yawning void', and delves into themes of making your mark - inspired by the Bronze Age petroglyphs of ancient Scandinavia - into Ginnungagap itself.

Ristningar i Ginnungagap is the second volume of Torulfs Saga, a series of concept albums.

Through tribal rhythms, delicate melodies, and mesmeric atmospheres, Torulf combines modern and ancient ways; lyrics of Swedish and Old Norse mingling, bringing together electronic and folk instruments.
